Overview
Passway is an independent travel documentation service. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you apply for an Aruba Embarkation/Disembarkation (ED) Card through us, why we need it, and what we do with it.
Data we collect
To prepare your application we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, date of birth, nationality, travel document details, contact email, and trip information such as arrival and departure dates, flight and accommodation details.
We also record your order reference, chosen processing speed and payment status. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never stored on our systems.
Why we use it
We use your data solely to review, prepare and submit your application, to take payment, to let you track progress with your reference and email, and to contact you about your order. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We share the information needed to process your application with the relevant destination authority, and with the service providers that host our systems and process payments. They may only use it to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep application records for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet legal, accounting and dispute-handling obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Only staff who need access to process applications can view your details.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@passwayarubavisa.com with your order reference. Note that once an application has been submitted to the authorities we may be unable to withdraw the data already sent.
