Refund Policy

Passway is an independent travel documentation service. Our fee covers reviewing, preparing and submitting your Aruba Embarkation/Disembarkation (ED) Card application. This policy explains exactly when that fee can be refunded.

If we have not yet submitted your application to the authorities, you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of the service fee. Email info@passwayarubavisa.com with your order reference and we will confirm the cancellation.

We will also refund you in full if we are unable to process your order at all, or if you were charged twice for the same application.

Once your application has been submitted, the work you paid for has been performed and the service fee is non-refundable. This includes cases where the destination authority rejects the application, or where entry is later refused — final decisions rest solely with the authorities and are outside our control.

Refunds are also not available where an application fails because of inaccurate or incomplete details supplied by you. Please check your answers on the review step before paying.

If your trip changes before we submit, tell us and we will amend your application at no extra cost. If we have already submitted it, we can usually resubmit corrected details for you, though a new application may be required.

Email info@passwayarubavisa.com or use our contact form, including your order reference, the email you used to order, and the reason for the request. We review every request within one business day.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by our payment provider. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Where a payment is reversed or fails, the associated application is automatically cancelled.
