Passway is an independent travel documentation service. We are not a government agency and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Government of Aruba. You can apply directly with the authorities yourself at no service cost; our fee covers reviewing, preparing and submitting your application on your behalf.

When you place an order we check your details for common errors, prepare your Aruba Embarkation/Disembarkation (ED) Card application and submit it to the relevant authority. Processing speeds (Standard, Rush, Super Rush) describe how quickly we handle your file, not how quickly the authority responds.

Final approval of any travel document rests solely with the destination authorities. We cannot guarantee approval or entry into any country.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information that matches your travel document. Incorrect details may lead to a rejected application or refused boarding. Please review your answers carefully on the review step before paying.

Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout and include our service fee. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive your reference number.

If we have not yet submitted your application, contact us at info@passwayarubavisa.com and we will cancel it and refund your service fee. Once an application has been submitted to the authorities it can no longer be withdrawn and the service fee is non-refundable, including where the authority rejects the application.

If a payment later fails or is reversed, the associated application is automatically cancelled.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fee you paid. We are not liable for missed flights, refused entry, travel costs, or losses caused by inaccurate information you supplied or by decisions made by third parties.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
